Privacy policy

Ardu Solutions

Ardu Solutions processes your personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD). This policy explains what data we collect, why, and your rights.

1. Data controller

  • Controller: [PENDIENTE: full legal name or company name] (Ardu Solutions)
  • Tax ID (NIF/CIF): [PENDIENTE: NIF or CIF]
  • Address: [PENDIENTE: registered address]
  • Privacy contact: [PENDIENTE: contact email for data requests]

2. What data we collect

Only what you give us in the request form: name, company (optional), email and/or phone, the service you are interested in, the description of what you need and how you prefer to be contacted. Please do not include sensitive data in your message.

To prevent abuse, the system keeps for one hour a hashed value derived from your IP address, which does not identify you and is deleted automatically. While you browse the site, Cloudflare, our hosting provider, processes technical connection data (such as your IP address) to serve and protect the pages.

3. What we use it for

Only to answer your request, contact you and, if you ask, prepare and send you a proposal. We do not use it for advertising, we do not sell it and we do not share it with third parties unless required by law.

4. Legal basis

Your consent, given by ticking the form checkbox (art. 6.1.a GDPR), and pre-contractual measures taken at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time.

5. How long we keep it

Only as long as needed to handle your request and at most 12 months from when you send it; after that it is deleted automatically. If we end up working together, the necessary data will be kept for the periods required by law.

6. Processors

To provide this service we use providers that process data on our behalf with GDPR safeguards:

  • Cloudflare, Inc.: website hosting, storage of requests and spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile) on the request page.
  • Slack Technologies: receiving the internal notification with the content of your request.

Both providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, with the safeguards set out in the GDPR, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

7. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to [PENDIENTE: contact email for data requests] or through the request form. If you believe your data has not been handled properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

8. Cookies

This site uses no first- or third-party cookies, analytics or advertising tools. Cloudflare Turnstile spam protection, loaded only on the request page, does not use cookies.
